Touch is one of our most instinctive forms of connection we have and yet, so often, it’s rushed, assumed or lost in routine. This workshop invites partners into a slow, curious and embodied exploration of how they give and receive touch.
Drawing from Goddess Freya's psychotherapy and somatic practices, this space blends presence, sensation and the unique ways you and your partner connect, to deepen intimacy through intentional and attuned contact.
Through guided exercises, you and your partner will:
Explore different kinds of touch (nurturing, playful, grounding...)
Notice how consent, boundaries and desire live in the body
Practice non-verbal communication, body-led feedback and mutual attunement
Reflect on your own patterns of connection, closeness and withdrawal
You'll leave with a renewed sense of how touch can be both a language and a mirror - one that deepens understanding, closeness and relational presence.
This workshop is an expriential. It’s a space for reflection, curiosity and connection, where nothing is expected and everything is an invitation.
